Are your kits medical devices?
No. Our kits are home exercise aids, not medical devices, and they are not intended for medical use. They are designed to support the exercises recommended by your own physiotherapist or healthcare professional, not to replace their advice.
Do I need to see a physiotherapist first?
We recommend speaking to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any rehabilitation programme, especially after an injury or operation. They can tell you which exercises suit you.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can pay by card and, where available, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Can I return a kit?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to return an item.
Can I buy more than one kit at once?
At the moment each checkout is for one product, although you can change the quantity at checkout. To order different kits, please place a separate order for each.
