Our products

Our products are home exercise aids, not medical devices, and are not intended for medical use. They are designed to support exercises recommended by a qualified healthcare professional and are not a substitute for professional advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any rehabilitation programme, and follow the instructions supplied with each kit.

Ordering and payment

Orders are placed and paid for through Stripe's secure checkout. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when you receive a payment confirmation email. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). TODO(steve): state whether prices include VAT (depends on your VAT registration).

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and costs are shown on our Shipping & Returns page and at checkout.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not affected. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for loss caused by using a product other than as instructed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
