Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery times and costs
PLACEHOLDER: TODO(steve): carrier (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked 48), dispatch time (e.g. within 2 working days), delivery cost and any free-delivery threshold. These must match the shipping rates set on your Stripe Payment Links.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email us (see our contact page) with your order details. You don't need to give a reason.
After telling us, please return the item within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you pay the cost of returning it. TODO(steve): confirm returns address and process.
We'll refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it). We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled more than needed to check it.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
