About this kit
A finger goniometer is a small hinged ruler with an angle scale. Lay it along a finger and it shows the angle of the joint, so you can write the number down and look back at how your hand and finger exercises are going.
This set includes three sizes, so you can pick the one that sits most comfortably on the joint you’re looking at.
It’s a simple personal aid to use alongside the exercises your own physiotherapist has recommended.
